Dr Clare Coakes, , BSc (Hons), D. Clin. Psychol.
Consultant Clinical Psychologist

Dr Coakes is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society. She obtained a degree in psychology from the University of Southampton, where she also went on to complete a three-year postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology.

Dr Coakes has worked for the NHS in hospitals across Hampshire and London, including Great Ormond Street Hospital. Her clinical interest is working with patients who have chronic health problems. She is experienced in the management of a variety of painful conditions through the use of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
