Mrs Quaile has been employed as a practice manager since 1992 in the speciality of orthopaedic and spinal surgery.

Mrs Quaile trained as a registered general nurse qualifying in 1978. She gained nursing experience in a number of areas including intensive care and then Ward Sister to a busy 34-bedded surgical unit before moving into the role of practice manager. She is responsible for the day to day running of the practice, financial matters and management of secretarial staff.

Deborah is married to Andrew and they have three boys.
